Cat A takes a space to a lettable blank canvas: ceilings, lighting, flooring and basic services. Cat B makes it yours: partitioning, meeting rooms, kitchens, storage walls, joinery and decoration. We deliver both, and if you are not sure which you need, we will walk your space with you and explain it in plain terms.
Yes. Most of our refurbishments happen in occupied offices. We phase the work area by area, keep the site clean and safe, and move noisy jobs to evenings and weekends so your team can carry on.
A single room or a partitioning job is often done within days. A full floor typically runs two to six weeks depending on size and specification. You get a clear programme with your quote, and because the trades are in-house we control the timeline.
It depends on the space and the specification, so we do not guess. We survey your office free of charge, then give you a fixed written quotation broken down line by line, so you see exactly what everything costs before committing.
Yes. Single offices, meeting rooms and small suites are a regular part of our week, alongside full-floor fit outs. Same in-house team, same fixed written quote.
Yes. We prepare what your landlord or managing agent needs for a licence to alter, and make sure partitioning, fire protection and electrical work complies with building regulations. You get the certificates at handover.
